Hopefully this isn't a double post... wondering what people think about the current news about OEP and liver failure? I noticed DMAA is mentioned, however, I thought DMAA is linked to heart and blood pressure issues? Also wondering why Synedrex hasn't been banned.
I took OxyElite Pro for well over a year, and lost all my baby weight because of its appetite suppressant properties. I'm now taking Synedrex intermittently. I'm interested in what the better versed supplement users think about the recent news.

People used DMAA and supps containing DMAA irresponsibly therefore leading to some incidences in which individuals suffered side effects that would be associated with the irresponsible use of any strong stimulant. Some supps stil have it but it generally excluded now due to companies not wanting to be held accountable for such future problems.

Are these cases linked to the DMAA version?
I'm very curious about what would be causing the liver failure. If it is indeed the Oxyelite pro linked to the liver failure I'd be willing to be it is something else in there causing it.
Also very interested as to how all of these cases are isolated to Hawaii with no reports elsewhere. Makes you wonder.NSCA-CSCS and CPT

When I was in high school the doctor thought I had hepatitis because blood tests from when I donated blood showed that. I went to the gastroenterologist and he said the symptoms of hepatitis were from my fat piercing my liver. This cause my stomach enzyme count to be high which was why i was thought to have hepatitis. I lost weight, stomach enzyme count went down and all was clear.
