How often should I be doing squats/lunges to see results?
I have a calender to keep track of how much I work out and what I targeted. I've been doing squats/legs twice a week. Is that enough or should it be more?
I also do cardio (usually running or riding bike) four times a week.Last edited by AwFukHi; 01-26-2014 at 09:43 AM.

Ya know, I was so very sad when the first thread got demolished, as I had posted quite a few over the years from pancake butt to squat booty. But, I was putting up some pics in another thread about booty shorts, and realized they would be very appropriate here. This was the first day I felt ok enough about my rear to wear shorts to the gym since starting my most recent cut (about 10 more pounds to go, booty should be poppin more by then ):
Gym PRs:
SQ: 360 x 1, BP: 165 x 1, DL: 330 x 2, OHP: 110 x 2
Best meet lifts (raw w/wraps):
SQ: 365, BP: 155, DL: 350, Elite total of 870 @165
