Women who swear = biggest turn off.
Went to a house party last night, no students just educated professionals. But the language from the women was utterly despicable. Couldn't have a single conversation without a cacophony of F-bombs strewn in. Was cringing hard.
Left for a club at some stage - Wimbledon confirmed for worst night out in Ldn.
Left at 2am with a chicken and chips takeaway in time for the Bernard Hopkins fight card, ended up falling asleep.
Pretty shiitty night, need to hang with some miscers I think.
Damn son, that is the level of arm thickness that separates the mired from the non-mired. What do you for arms? I've tried everything, giving 6-rep BB curls a try again now.
Welcome to the weak arms crew son. You would look sickening with thicker bis and tris bruv.Misc Number 1. Boxing Analyst and Pundit

Verbal tests making me really question my understanding of anything I read.
But seriously, such annoying questions. 99% are either "true/false" or "cannot say" and it can get quite tough figuring out which it is because the questions are so annoyingly worded.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

Why would one ever expect wimbledon to be a half decent night out? When I was staying in morden for a few months every evening I came back from work via wimbledon all I saw was chavs.

Nothing crazy though just do 6-8 sets for 10-12 rep range although my favourite finishing exercises (2 sets)
are
21s for bis then take off weight and rep out another 10-15 full reps
single arm cable pull downs and press downs, 10-12 reps over hand then 10-12 underhand.

Posting some mandatory non hip-hop/rap music in the uk thread.
Band that disbanded in 2008 that I used to listen to all the time back at college, music genre is metalcore/mathcore.
What drug test? We would enter musclemania, the most nattiest FED around where everyone is natty bro.Current Lifts - B 140kg x 5| S 185kg x 3 | D 200kg x 6 | Front S 130kg x 5 |

They are a load of shiit tbh. Really silly way of testing one's capabilities IMO. I've found that the best way for me to approach the verbal ones is to read the statement carefully and write brief notes on a piece of paper, and then you can whizz through the questions with relative ease. It's a timeous method but if you understand the statement properly you can answer them quickly. I did a VR test the other day which had 32 questions to be answered in 15 mins. I spent about a minute on each statement writing the notes and breezed through the answers. Ended up answering about 25 of the questions with, presumably, great accuracy.
The worst thing is when the statement relates to a topic which you studied in uni or of which you have a solid prior understanding, and the correct answer contradicts something you know to be true.
The biggest obstacle in these tests is the timer. Put tape over it and disregard the timer completely - really helps you to focus on answering the questions properly and not skim-reading because of the time.
Numerical ones are a piss-take though - and this is coming from someone who wasn't great at Maths at school.
I didn't expect much tbh. Having said that, loads of people told me Tooting is the worst place for a night out but I did that on Friday and loved it.Misc Number 1. Boxing Analyst and Pundit

Because the Musclemania World Championships and Figure Universe are natural bodybuilding and ladies figure events, at the discretion of each regional event promoter, the Top 5 Finalists in each Division or Weight Class may be subject to a drug test by urinalysis and/or polygraph methods immediately following their performance at the Finals.

Kenexa numericals are fairly hard I think. 20 questions in 20 minutes can get tough. I keep doing well till, usually, the last 4 which require a lot more work and suddenly I find the surplus time I had to just vanish.
Just did an SHL numerical and it was quite easy. 25 minutes for 18 questions. You can't skip and go back (which is why more time, I suppose) but I finished with 6 minutes to spare and wasn't going at an extreme pace or anything.
Logical tests are just pls go. Ridiculously tough. I did one with a 3x3 matrix and there would be a pattern and a missing block and you pick the missing block out of 4 or 5 choices. The pattern, however, could be in the rows, columns or diagonally. It was 30 minutes for 15 questions (which, at first, I thought would be quite easy). It was ridiculous. I'd be happy to have got 5 right. Probably didn't lol.202.5/135/245. Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=165241801.

Actually come to think of it, the Kenexa ones are harder. The first one I ever did was for Deloitte or something and I did no prep and totally ballsed it up. IIRC though my current job required me to do a Kenexa test.
Some Assessment centres have you do a fast-track numerical test where you have to analyse a set of cards which have the relevant info on them and then answer the question. It's hard to explain how it works unless you have done it before but some people found it pretty hard at the assessment centre for my current job. I answered them all except for one though. It's all relative in the end, some people find certain questions easier than others.
Lmao, yeah the logic tests are just pls go.
E-tray tests are also a fkin joke IMO.Misc Number 1. Boxing Analyst and Pundit

The funny thing is they even have a page about drug testing with people that have been disqualified lol, would hate to be one of those scape goats.
