listen to the misc op, get that chit explicitly stated in text. this chit happened to me (first week of college too lol) but we did fuk, she was the one that initiated it tho. had to go through a 2 week investigation with a detective, passed a poly, had the only witness, the DA wouldnt press charges because it was obvious i was innocent. at the end of it the cop said i might still have to deal with a student faculty hearing from the school, but i shouldnt worry about it because theyd find out the same chit he did. i had to go to the hearing and kind of blew it off, only declared 1 witness, my roommate who was there on and off that night, and this bish brought all kinds of character witnesses and ****. fuk i had 20 other bishes that wouldve testified i wouldnt do that ****. i was cocky too, at one point i literally said to the board "the only reason im here is because im a guy, i was drunker than her and she initiated it but if i claimed she raped me youd laugh at me." even with the detective sitting next to me backing me up the dumbass fukin board expelled me. they pretty much said she was drunk, it was rape. so my advice is be very careful about the school, theyre not near as good as detectives at finding out the truth.

btw a couple quick things from my case that shows how insane people can be over this chit.

-the bish changed her story 3 times, first saying i raped her because she was drunk, then said i did it forcefully (and put bruises on her wrists, im guessing her roommate who hated me did it for her), then went back to saying it was just because she was drunk

-her roommate testified she has been out drinking with the bish "lots of times" since then and shes never wanted to fuk a guy (srs bish? you just got raped because of being drunk and have went out plenty of times in the 3 weeks since?)

-she told me that night she got raped by her cousin when she was young, and the detective told me thats really relevant because rape victims are much more likely to falsely call rape in the future. at the point we got to ask each other questions i asked her if that was true, and if it was if it was relevant. she just said i dont think thats relevant, and not one person on the board asked her about it further

-multiple people on the board questioned the detective about the accuracy of polygraphs, and after he explained how hard they are to beat they pretty much told him hes wrong.

-my roommate testified she kicked him out of the room to fuk me again after the first time

Didn't read whole thread but if you didn't have sex with her then there is obviously no evidence of rape unless you for some reason are a dumbass and text her saying you fuked her or something stupid like that. Granted, she could still accuse you and make your life absolute hell and ruin your name and reputation during the process of law but at the end of day you don't have to worry about legal consequences at least.
