dude cardio is cardio , running will do prolly the same thing as swimming BURN CALS and ****e, if u dont have w8s or nothing to use just do stuf like push ups , sit ups, pullups (if u can find something to do them on) and so on just usin your body, and if u are on holiday just have a good time , but remember dont over do it on the food , hehe go fishing thats good exercise ^_^
