as you can see from the pic, my nipples are a kinda puffy... just a little worse now, 1-2 months after i took that shot.
did blood tests. as it turns out, my free test is low: 7.4 (8.7-25.1)
total test is within range: 564 (348-1197)
going to see an endocrinologist. he's good, but i need to wait a full month since he's super booked.
meanwhile, i'm obsessing over this a bit. don't feel like taking the shirt off, not feeling super sexual etc.
any advice?
please don't guess and/or throw testosterone or a miraculous OTC cream or herb into the problem... prefer to hear from folks who went through something similar. thank you!

Honest answer?
You aren't that lean. Your photo is shot with optimal lighting and you look pretty good, but you're still carrying a bit of fat.
Lose a bit more and the puffiness should decrease. if not, see a doc.Squat (noun) A means of helping men understand what it feels like to give birth.

I'd call it gyno. Now, as soon as ya say that, everyone will say "but it's not big enough! It's not firm!"
I've had gyno before, had it cut out, and saw it come back. IMO, this is what I'd call the starting stage... a localized puffiness, which also comes with irritation/sensitivity. Go to a doc and get him to take a good look at it.I don't lift weights, I flex under duress.

I don't mean to digress.. But why do men have nipples to begin with?

You got blood test, so what is your estrogen level? Over 30 or 40? My guess it is. Get to the endo quickly.

Looks like a clear case of Gyno to me brah.. Always been Natty? Never once chased after Lance on your own cycle without properly post cycling? Fail to control that big E when chasing Lance?
If so, your options are slim.. There is a drug that some have had good results from, your Endo can talk to you about it.. If not, google is your friend..
Otherwise, I know a guy who just recently had surgery.. Took him nearly a year to find a surgeon to do it and had to pay $4,800 out of pocket to get it done and the surgeon gave him a 50/50 chance of it one day returning..
Good luck..The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those who think alike than those who think differently.

Damn you Canadians! lol
I'll have to ask my buddy how exactly it was determined... If he just told the truth immediately or what.. But somehow his insurance company knew it was a result of "recreational usage" and not a natural occurrence...
I'm not sure exactly why, but he had to travel to a city about 300 miles away to have it done as no local plastic surgeons would touch it.. Could have been the fact it was from "recreational use" or perhaps there just wasn't anyone local with enough experience..
Or, as I mentioned it might be because the doctors believed there was a high chance of it returning..
Anyways, crazy stuff.. Does it matter in Canada if it is self inflicted or not when going to get it corrected? And you said it returned? The surest way to corrupt a youth is to instruct him to hold in higher esteem those who think alike than those who think differently.

LOL, you made me look.. it's Turin-Shroud like in it's details, isn't it.
Good work OP, Awesome pics. Great underwear. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.
(SRS answer.. maybe low DHT, high estro or that cycle of 'prohormones' you got from 'gnc' a few years back that 'didn't work' and you only 'used for a week' might be to blame)

If it is, in fact, gyno (I'm not convinced that it is) there are prescription meds that can help minimize the appearance, if not totally get rid of it. Surgery IS NOT the only option. First thing you need to identify is if it's estrogen or prolactin induced gyno. This can be determined by the type of cell-tech that you used that caused you to get the gyno in the first place. I'm not going to spoon feed you anymore information because you should have been researching this to begin with. Also, if you are currently taking cell-tech, chances are this puffiness will subside once your hormones stabilize. Research these drugs:
Letrozole
Tamoxifen Citrate
Cabergoline
These drugs have all been proven to lessen, and in many cases, totally eradicate gyno symptoms in bodybuilders. Treatment time can vary from just a few weeks up to several months.-Squattin' in the curl rack.

That looks like gyno to me. I have 2 buddies that had it and both got it taken care of fairly easy. They got it from outside sources.

i did a blood test today. supposedly it'll show more data (beyond just testosterone and free testosterone). i'll post the numbers once i get them.
i plan to circle back to the forum with information and with my "plan of attack" so that others can follow/learn as i learn along. there's a lot of misinformation out there...

thanks for the info, bro. yikes, that surgery story sounds awful. hope to have a chance to address it somehow without the surgery part.
on the "google as my friend" note, some people talk about tamoxifen alone as a possible drug for curing it. will discuss with the doc once i see him.
