Old thread but fuking lol dude looks like he's been lifting for 4 months and decided to compete
And he's 10% AT BEST. Probably closer to 11-12%Awesome pics. Great size. Look thick. Solid. Tight. Keep us all posted on your continued progress with any new progress pics or vid clips. Show us what you got man. Wanna see how freakin' huge, solid, thick and tight you can get. Thanks for the motivation.

He's really not that retarded. The 4-5% condition that is thought as the competition standard is rarely ever reached, especially at these amateur shows. Pretty much everyone on stage is at 7-10%. And the 10%ers think they're as lean as the 7%ers, but are "holding water" (because that's what their coach told them). You don't need striated glutes to compete. With an even bodyfat distribution and good structure, you can win a show with 7%bf.

And when someone gets DEXA'd at 12% when they have striated glutes, you'll post that vid to tell everyone here they're above 12%.
While DEXA has a small average error, the individual error can still be really high. Nunez is the leanest 6% I've seen.
Here are other 6% DEXA readings:
DEXA just under 8%:
Conclusion: Nunez is likely under 6% and that vid should stop being referenced. All it'll do is cause more BDD on the misc.Last edited by WIJG; 11-01-2014 at 02:51 PM.

FUKKIN.

What the fuk do you think the point of competing is? To total as high as you possibly can. The goal is to hit a PR on every lift, if not two PRs. Provided there's no technical breakdown or injury, I'd say a good 90% of pro powerlifters hit PRs in every single competition. You went full potato.
