looking strong man, definitely looked good at your leanest obviously but that doesnt seem to be your goal. You should put all this time to use and start training for strong man competitions.
I still remember when all I would do is eat and lift...and when I say eat, I mean anything. It gets rough to force feed but I still remember doing that careless dirty bulk from 195-230 in 12 weeks.
Granted your on the next level but people dont realize if they stop worry about aesthetics for a while and just eat eat eat and train with conviction they can get super strong and pack on a ton of lean mass under those layers of fat. Im not saying its easy but many people can do these crazy bulks and get really strong. I know since I did it anyone can.

You might be a big dude but based on your messages in here and also your signature you need to gain a bit of maturity in the coming years, none the less very impressive lifts.
Also charging $10 to answer questions is quite stupid i must say, shows a level of self confidence that is in no way earned or deserved, if you are going to charge $10 for advice you have better have a degree in Applied kinesiology and have years of experience training others.TheTovarishch’s guide to property investing:

Bro, as a guy who's been at 360 with a lot of muscle like you have (I wasn't as lean as you are, around 22-25%, but still up there), it's not worth it. Even as hard as I was working out, it was the unhealthiest point I've ever been in my life. For me, it was the first time I FELT everything and how hard it was to do things. It's very hard on your heart, and the complications I got from it are not worth the risk of being that heavy. High Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar got out of wack, C-Level Protein issues, Gout. It's your body, but if I was you I would cut down immediately. Being over 300 lbs, even with a lot of muscle, it's not fun.
It's been a few months since I was there, but it completely changed my mindset on lifting and how I treat my body. My whole goal now is to keep myself under 300, and I haven't been under 300 since High School, which was 19 years ago for me."Just Get It Off"
