How much of this and how much of that

I weigh like 170-175. I need to know how many carbs, cals, and protein I should be consuming daily. I made me up a better diet and figured up how much I am consuming. Theres what I've got: 235g of protein, 2252 in calories, and 135 carbs. Those numbers might go up cause I didn't add in the school lunch cause we usually have something different. Is those good numbers for someone my weight?

Littlun: I'm impressed. Most people that post their diets on this diet are somewhat off in their approach. They are eating too many calories overall, for instance.

Your diet, at least as far as calories and macronutrient profile goes, looks great. Very good start.

Monitor your physical appearance in the mirror closely over the next 2 weeks, and if you need to tweak your diet (e.g., eat a bit more or less), do so. If you need to add calories, start by eating just a bit more protein.

Keep me posted on your progress!

    Best,
    Rob

Yeah I'm trying to get my diet perfect in line cause I don't wanna lose what I've gained the past 4 months. Thats be a shame. But I put alot of thought and calculated up my calories so I beleive I should be ok. But since I still have alittle more creatine left, I'm gonna finish it up before I start cutting. If anyone thinks I should add/cut anything, let me know.
