My body isn't used to how taxing heavy compounds are yet.. lots of rest has been needed lately.
Leg Press

Barbell Squat

Standing Leg Curl

Standing Calf Raises (DBs)

Seated Calf Raises
5 sets of 100lb to failure (about 30-35 reps) for each leg.
Plate Twists
10x20,20,20 each side
25x15,15,15 each side
Decline Situp
25x10,10

Reflection
Still having trouble getting really deep on squats, but it's mainly a flexibility issue so I can definitely address that with more stretching/foam rolling throughout the week.
