Sucks. My little guy is sleeping 7+ hours each night right now. Really helping me get some decent sleep. But in no way am I looking forward to teething.

Oh i'm doing it alright...i've done everything perfectly since July 21st, so I'm almost at the 1 week mark with no plans on slowing down.

I did my first 4 days with just 3 bouts of cardio + perfect eating, Monday was my first day back at the weights. Today will be day #2.

My first weigh in to check progress will be on the 1st. Due to my size, I'm hoping for some big initial numbers.

On a side note, my right Achilles tendon is really inflamed from the sudden increase in cardio. Just dropped 2 Tv2, 2 Tropinol XP, and 4 Joint Help. Hoping the Joint Help can reduce the inflammation enough so I don't notice it during weights tonight.

Cardio calories burned: 363

Total weight moved: 58,380

Workout time: 65 minutes

Total VT's = 53.88

Did a circuit of abs as well.


Feeling better than i did on Monday, and i lifted more weight, in less time. progress. Tomorrow is just cardio and aiming for 700+ calories.

My hiatus began due to my wife(fiancé at the time) getting an allograft to replace a large portion of her femur. I was her 24 hour a day nurse, and it took her almost 8 months to walk without assistance again.

Then we had a wedding to plan...and NJ weddings are no joke, so that was a lot on my plate

4 days after the wedding we moved across the country to CA.

1 year later we upgraded our apr to a house

4 months later we moved BACK across the country

3 months after that we had a kid.


Been a busy couple of years haha

Yea, when she got pregnant we knew we'd have to move closer to family. Having a kid is no joke, if we didn't have so much family around I don't know how we'd do it.
