How many times do you hear "I don't want to lift heavy weights because I don't want to get huge" from one of your non lifting friends or random girls at college/work?
Do people literally think that you can just lift heavy and you will be "too big" in about a month
Society is so naive in regards to bodybuilding and fitness it is mind blowing. Especially with the resources we have now.
