Thanks! I am getting stronger each time I am in the gym. I expect things to get harder now. Some of my excercises are starting to fall in their correct rep ranges. With dieting and my starting to hit the cadrio harder it may be harder trying to beat the log book. DC would be a lot easier if I was in a calorie surplus/trying to gain weight. But I think I should be ok.....

Added 10 pounds here and it sucked.... I was ready to quit after 7.
Hack Squats
100lb +sled weight (sled weight is unknown) x 12reps
Added 5 pounds and two reps!
Hack Squat widow maker
30lb +sled weight (sled weight is unknown) x 21 reps
I added 5 pounds here and gained a rep! Ya buddy...
Sumo Press
280x25 reps
I added 5 pounds and 3 reps here.
Stretched, foam roller, and 30 minutes of cardio. It was a great session! I realy like the hack squats. They are tough to move up with the weight though.Free Agent...
