Yeah, I am 23. I turn 24 in December. I put as much effort into this as possible. I have all my meals, training, ideas, and goals documented and noted for the last 6 years. I believe in the work, nutrition, dedication, and determination.
I have been training for a long time, and I know I haven't even hit half of the time I will under the weights. I can not be more honest when I tell you I learn all the time. I improve because I try, and I try hard. I have completely immersed myself in this world since I was 16 - I have loved it more everyday- I know what everyone says and what they think it takes.. They are wrong, I am no where near where I want to be...Or where I will be.
But, I can tell you that last month I started doing barbell rowes right for the first time in 5 years.. That has been my backs bread and butter up to now... and i just started doing it right 4 weeks ago.. WHHAT! that's exciting for my back...right? My pull-ups are better, all of my exercises are becoming smoother and my contractions are getting better. Also, I feel like I just started training chest forreal. ( again, its hard to explain.. just after 1000 chest days something changes...and keeps changing.
I HAVE BEEN TRYING HARD AND DIFFERENT TECHNIQUES SINCE THE START and I still get better. I still learn. You improve by trying hard, and it gets way better. Bodybuilding is a full out GAME,, some people arn't good at it. Just like ANY game. HUSSLE wins. "oh i plateaued, I haven't grown in three months" "Yeah little quitter? try harder, eat more, cardio? eat less, creatine? you train too long, not long enough, or.. you simple train like a wimp. There are over a thousand training and nutrition tricks you can try - each one takes three months to figure out....and yeah.. you ran out of options" COME ON!
So this is me now,(zieglermonster.com) with all the trial - error and MUCH, MUCH more to come.. But, I know I will continue to improve...And I don't worry about my health..Or plateauing Go hard guys,, try Fuaking hard! - you WILL grow
