Damn, these rotator cuff strengthening exercises hurt when your shoulder is blown!
Bench (raw): 325 lbs. X 1

Been using lacrosse ball and pvc roller for lower back on SQ and DL days but today my lower back was just so tight and weak that beltless squats for speed felt 10x harder than they should have felt. Anything else you guys do for lower back tightness? I also have extra strength tiger balm but it doesn't go as deep as I need it to so I might have to upgrade. I think someone mentioned horse liniments but I don't recall the names of the brands that worked best.
