Any estimates on BF% before and after?
Any advice on body parts I should focus on more? Currently focusing more on chest and legs. Seems to be hard to get huge legs at my height though but I squat 70 kgs now and bench 75.

pretty hard to judge with just those pictures .. arms looking better but not a lot else to compare! would say chest and legs but you're already hitting those .. maybe traps too. any more pictures would make it easier for people to critique and help

Thanks man. Shoulders and arms seem to be progressing faster but they are also getting used the most :P My main priority is chest right now - so far I've mainly been doing bench presses and a machine only and I've been doing barbell fly's for 2 weeks now. Probably going to do another chest exercise in there and avoid machines if possible.
I will see where my legs end, I have no before pictures and didn't really train them other than machines first because of a knee injury from basketball. Didn't want to ruin my knees but it has been going well now and been improving nicely on the weights.
Abs will come later when I start cutting.. Not sure when but I'm probably starting somewhere in the beginning of 2014 so I should be 220+ lbs by then :P
Thanks brah
Thanks for the advice. I have actually never done deadlifts so far but I've really been planning to do them. Probably going to do some more research for chest excersises and look at the proper deadlift form and add those to my workout. So far I've been doing all excersises on the same day and then three times a week. I think I'm going to split that up aswell. Can still make loads of progress by doing the right exersises :P6'6" crew
