Italians can be pretty built, mainly because tribes from Africa took ships to Italy and raped the women. So, you go that mixed genetics and that is probably why some Italian men are packin.

Haha no that's nonsense. I lived in italy for two years, in Venice and then Palermo, italians are fukking SMALL. None of them bother to lift. I'm 6'3 180lb and was considered muscular compared to them.
