Read about the benefits of coconut oil: http://www.organicfacts.net/organic-...conut-oil.html
Have 3 jars in my cupboard, so decided to try as skin moisturizer. Wow, skin feels very soft but not too oily.
It also smells absolutely delicious. Damn...now I'm hungry.
Haven't ate all day so I can go to Golden Corral guilt free lulz.

So I went to a garage sale. Bought a box of junk for a buck (had a decent lifting belt in it lol). Anyway going through the box I find a men's ring. 6 stones on a gold band. Inside of band reads "10k rb2" anyone know what that means? Any idea on value? Roughly size 11 or 12 (I wear a 10 and it's a little big).
Also, where is best to sell and get the most for it? Pawn shop? Jeweler? Internet?
Not a bad looking ring either. Just not a gold kind of guy. Lol~Murray State Crew~

I'm crazy cheap when it comes to equipment. Just don't see a point in spending a lot of $$. There is always a way to do something. Creativity keeps things interesting.
I never do a reverse skin the cat for precisely that reason. Probably paranoia more than anything. From front on though, a regular skin the cat to get into a back lever should be in the direction that hand twist would push the bar into the frame harder instead of vice versa.
I do back and front lever work on my doorway bar.
Yes. Cali and weighted cali. I quite literally have never touched a barbel. Back when I was 40 lbs lighter in college in the 90's I spent a couple months going to the school gym trying to bulk up on the machines they had. Didn't really work and I fell off the wagon. That is really my only gym/weight lifting experience. Nowadays everything I do is in my office at home, with the exception of the occasional work in parks.
My leg work has been really efficient. So many folks says you can't gain mass with single leg squats. That's a load of crap. I do just fine, and also have developed freakish balance because of all the SLS work. One day I'll dig up the video I have of doing jump-switch pistol squats. So badass.
Rings can be found pretty cheap online.
I'm so far away on the planche it isn't even funny. At least 2 years. Sadly I've been working on it for nearly a year and a half, and only have a 10 second tuck planche to show for it. Actually progressing though now, and I'm closing in on being able to do tuck planche pushups. So many parts to put together just to do a tuck planche; hand/forearm strength, elbow prep, core strength, pressing strength, balance.
I just have to accept that being 6'1" and near 200 lb is not real ideal for being good at low leverage work. It is what it is. Just means though that I have plenty of resistance at my disposal. Those little 5'8" 150 lb dudes progress so much faster than I do.
The planche isn't even really a goal of mine. Sure I'd like to be able to do it, but i'm aiming more for a straddle planche. Looks just as cool, but it is at least within the scope of feasibility for someone built like me, espeically since I plan on gaining a fair bit more mass, which will just make things harder. And tuck planche pushups, which I plan on doing a lot of to build a big 'ol chest.Go Pack Go!!!

It would probably have to have some pretty sweet stones to be worth any more than the maybe ~10 grams of 10 carat gold that it is, but if it is solid gold, then it might be worth 150 plus (10K gold is around $18/gr).

Might be worthwhile to see a jeweler or pawn shop, just in case. Better yet two, unless it's obviously just something plated with cheap stones.

Man, GFS don't phuck around.
Chicken comes out tender even if I take it out of the freezer in block-mode and throw it right on a foreman. If I tried that sh*t with Walmart chicken I'd be chewing on a Michelin.
