That's an individual thing. I always take mine empty stomached, but I have high tolerance to stims. Other people get nauseated from it or it just hits them too hard too quickly.

In the U.S. We get it at places like walmart, target, walgreens, longs, etc. Either large grocery retailers or smaller convenience and drug stores. Its labeled here for asthma and can be bought under the name bronkaid or there is another one that is slipping my memory right now.

It's ironic because I've read several places that make up actually makes your skin age faster, so women pack that crap on only to ensure they look even worse over time, especially when they're not wearing it. Considering the amount of time it takes to put it on, the trouble of maintaining and reapplying it, seeing the shock on people's face when they see you without it, gradually damaging the skin on your face...no thanks.

i could definitely see that. thinking about it, i don't think i've ever seen one "nice" looking older women that wasn't caked in makeup. what's even worse, walking behind these women, all you smell is makeup. makes me gag.
