What's the solution to low-IQ countries?

Let's be frank about this; intelligence varies between the subgroups of humanity, which is evident based on the different average IQs of the numerous nations on this earth. Hence, I'd like to know what solutions you guys have in mind for the poverty and societal disorder that characterize countries that have low average IQs (i.e. IQs < 100, especially IQs < 90).

They don´t have low IQ because of genetics, but because of environmental influences, mainly malnutrition and lack of education. Strenghten the economy (ideally self sufficiency) and their IQ will rise.

IQ is just some (pretty limited) test value to measure inteligence. It can be trained like everything else.
A lawyer is going to have a higher Verbal IQ than a hunter gatherer.


My 2cents. Ignore IQ tests and make for overall better education. Try to get educational tests like P.I.S.A. , have them used to test their societies and get much more usful results. Test stuff that can directly be aplied in the real world. Improve their educational systems and make shure everyone can attend schools and get some basic education.

Well for one, natural resources can make a nation wealthy without having ppl who are genetically higher IQ than another.

Also, nations are constantly rising and falling from power, the IQ of the population isn't the reason for that.

We sterilize populations of animals so they dont over populate, or neuter stray cats and dogs so they dont bring other into the world to suffer. But humans are the worst of all for that, breeding in poverty stricken warzones, or just in absolute chit. Multiple identical twin studies and studies controlled for education and income have shown that asians and whites are significantly smarter than blacks and hispanics and that IQ is almost entirely genetic. Even without data you can look at the real world and see the truth. As for resources being the reason, look at Japan, a country with literally zero natural resources and how they have become a world power based on brain power.
