Question Need a good Push/Pull Routine for MMA?

I getting back into Boxing and MMA over summer when I have more time to train. So I want to get on a good routine now! I heard a Push/Pull routine is best for smarts and if that is so whats a good Push/Pull routine I can do for MMA? Ill be training mon-fri so a 4 day routine would probable work nice but really whatever it takes to get me in best possibly fighting shape even if that isnt a push/pull training routine. anything helps! Thanks for the help! God Bless!

hey boss! i have acually created a workout routine designed specifically for martial artists. it increases punch and kick strength, builds your core, increases endurance, and it's only about 40 minutes a day. you can fully customize it and have it go with your current workouts on the mat. goto strikehardernow.com

Just do calisthenics and compound lifts, a Push/Pull could work well though.
