The study you've posted is largely irrelevant to better studies with more proof.
Proof is: your body works consistently to break down protein, aka protein breakdown or protein synthesis depending on your caloric intake.
There is no limit of what you should take, what is important is that you consume adequate protein for your body weight (0.82g/lb of bodyweight), and that should be more than sufficient for your gains/retention.
You could consume more, but remember, more protein is only more calories in your daily intake, and largely based on your personal preference.
