Proof of growth spurt, BS liars and/or dumbasses

So, people on here said either they, their brother or their friend grew 3" inches or more after 17 and even up to their 20's, I think this is complete BS. Does anyone have any photo proof?

If you do post the before/after pictures and ages and heights. Also IF you do NOT have proof, then don't bother posting saying you was X age and grew Y inches in Z months/years, because that defeats the purpose of this thread, as you are just making up more BS.

And yes I do know some basketball players/celebrities players "said" they have a late growth spurt, but I can't find any evidence of this either.

So please help me out debunking these BS stories. Thanks!

Pretty much common knowledge. He went from 6'0'' during his Junior year to 6'3'' by the end of it, then by the end of senior year he was 6'10''. Why does it matter if they're black or not. And a lot of people grow an inch or two after their spurt. One of my friends went from 5'8'' to 6'2'' from sophomore year to junior year. Then over the past year he went up to 6'5''.
