I know that it was taken off shelves of GNCs on bases but is it actually on the military's banned substance list? Is it tested for?

It was taken off the shelves in military bases after two soldiers died in a short time period (two separate instances). Both were doing pt, both had been using supplements. Jack3d is not banned by the military, and it was even specifically stated in the Army times a couple months ago that it was not banned. And no, it's not tested for.

"The products were pulled pending review of any potentially serious side effects. The review won’t be complete until at least late March. Officials did not ban troops from using the products.
Citing privacy concerns, the military has not released the troops’ names, what products they were using, how much they had taken or other factors that may have contributed to the incidents.
“These products are legal substances and, as yet, no link between DMAA and the medical conditions reported by military medical providers has been validated scientifically by us,” said Defense Department spokesman Peter Graves. “DoD has asked that the products be pulled from the shelves as a precautionary measure.”

My two favorite preworkout supplements are jack3d and muscle marinade. I've mixed MM with Hemavol, and it has been very very effective. I have yet to try it with jack3d, but I expect similar results. I need to get home from a month-long training exercise so I can start my next serious session of training (pre airborne), and thats one of the combinations I'm looking forward to trying.
