i only get in 200-400 cals by the end of school which is 3pm, is it unhealthy to eat only that much while at school and btw after that at home i get 2000 more cals

Its definitly better to get yor calories in early in the day and decrease as the day goes on. Now that being said that is for people with more "normal scheduels" If you are not physically active till after school then fine.
The idea is if you get the calories in early in the day then you have energy waiting for when you need it, rather then going to bed with 2000 calories in your body. IF you are not havint a problem with weight just try to adjust it to more like 700 before the ned ofthe school day.http://www.healthyandawake.com/ - Personal blog
