    Increasing pushups pullups etc

    Is it easier to increase numbers on calisthenics by doing them daily or every other day?

    Doing them everyday will increase the hell out of your reps. But I hope you don't expect to gain much muscle mass by doing that.

    No not a mass thing. It's more about endurance and conditioning at the moment.

    I would think everyday too but my only concern is that doing them everyday will lead to fatigue thus diminished reps. Whereas every other day will lead to rest and ability to do more.

    This is just a thought but I don't know what actually application leads too.

    daily. My pullups and push ups have increased a lot by just doing like 25 pushups everytime I leave my room or 5 pull ups everytime I go to the washroom ect..
