You know, suddenly I'm regretting that sour cream and cheese on my salad at Chipotle earlier today.
I swear of the 100+ restaurants my small college town has only like 10 of them actually have nutritional info. Sometimes it really does suck to go to collegeMy Cut

Had a decent day today calorie wise. Went to the movies with my wife, didnt let a single buttery piece of heaven pass between these lips. (Seriously, its a weakness. One piece would have turned into 3/4 of the bag).
The only bummer is I went to the gym tonight at 8:30. Apparently they close at 9:00pm today instead of 10 like normal so I ended up only getting about a 25 minute workout. What a waste. At least I went though, and did what I could in that time. Broke a sweat, albeit briefly.BLUE TEAM!

I did great at lunch but ate out for dinner for my friend's birthday. It's gonna take some extra time in the gym working off that Hibachi, but it sure tasted good going down. Tomorrow's a new day, back on my grind.

First day and I'm battling a throat infection - yukk!
So training won't begin for a day or two but fine tuning the diet now. I've come in a little under my target calories for the day (-500 from maintenance) so may finish off with some peanut butter at bedtime
Had no eggs..... yes thats right ZERO Easter eggs this year. And I am a massive chocoholic - win for me!!!

It's normal for people to get a few stretch marks if they put on mass fast, even then, new ones every session shouldn't be the case. But given you are in a fat loss comp, you shouldn't really be gaining any mass (you should still be lifting heavy but it shouldn't be possible to put on mass quick enough to get stretch marks).

Yesterday evening I got a Squat Rack - so I'm very excited that I'll be able to get stuck in to some proper squats rather than using the Hack Squat variation I was using.
I think since starting that squats and deadlifts are my two favorite lifts - not too fond of the o/h presses, mostly because at the moment I have puny child arms.

Alright thanks guys. I think I won't care about it so much since it will disappear after a day or two, but will reappear after gym. Guess I'm just gonna focus on lifting heavy.

If they disappear, they aren't stretch marks. Stretch marks are scars, they never go.

Aye. I hope so!
800 calories so far @ about 80g protein. Going to have a shake in a minute as I just did my first workout of this competition.
Love that post workout, post shower feeling. Even if the workout does highlight how fecked I am.
Hopefully sort myself out with some more weights soon when I have money.
Feeling much more motivated than last time.

I hear ya on the puny arms. It's odd, if something needs to be moved or lifted...I can do it. When it comes to weights though, the numbers are low.
I don't get it.
Gonna be a long day today, kiwi for breakfast, egg whites for lunch, chicken breast and sweet potatoes for dinner. Lets hope this job interview goes well and I'll celebrate by buying 30lbs of frozen chicken breast and 15 dozen eggs.Different now.
