    Whats the best protein for me to take? (sorry to be that guy)

    I know this must come along all the time but i need your all's help. I really want to gain weight and mass with this new routine im doing, but cant find a good protein to take. Im currently taking AMP Amplified Mass XXX, but it doesnt settle with me well. Unfortunately, due to my weaker stomach, i have about a 50% change of ending up in the bathroom when taking it, so i dont use it every day. It also ends up being really heavy, acting as a meal replacement sometimes. I just wanted to know from those of you who suffer from a weaker stomach as well what you did? A friend recommended Cellucor but i dont know much about it other than its supposed to taste really good. Any and all suggestions would be awesome, thanks guys.

    I have gastric issues, everything makes me feel like a brick is in my stomach. Something that does sit with me well though due to fiber is,

    1.5 scoops I-Force Protean Red Velvet Cake
    1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
    1/2 Cup Oatmeal
    1tbsp Olive/Canola Oil
    8oz Whole Milk

    All blended up.. all good calories, tastes amazing!

    I suggest you try a bunch of samples of various protein powders (not mass gainers) in a homemade mass gainer recipe. There are tons floating around on BB.

    One that I like is:

    8oz milk
    1scoop chocolate protein
    1 cup frozen strawberries
    1 banana
    3-5 ice cubes
    1/2 cup oatmeal
    2tbsp nut butter

    I am like you and have a taste sensitivity that caused me to gag on most protein powders. But then again, my main protein powder sources came from the generic shelf of a Safeway or Walmart.

    I personally use and recommend Gold Standard Whey and/or Gaspari Myofusion. Both taste great, are light and easily soluable in water and have added benefits; I like Gold Standard Whey because it was a good blend of whey protein sources (ie isolates) and has 5 grams of BCAAs per serving, while the Gaspari Myofusion is a Probiotic with enzymes that help your digestive system. I would try either of those out (they work both in mass-gaining and lean programs). Good luck!
