I am reading this log and it looks like the PWR is working well for you and I have a couple of samples of it
to test out and compare it to the 1,3 version which worked very well for me but right now I am trying to
heal up a a bad right shoulder and a left bicep that has tendonitis. As soon as I am healed up I will do a
head to head comparison of the two versions of PWR and post up my review. Your Friday night squat and
dead lift workouts look like a killer and I'm sure you need the whole weekend to recover from it. Good
workouts and a very good log.

I think you will enjoy the head to head comparison. I have tried both as well and think the new version is better. But that is just me!

Thanks for reading man!!.. I'll keep an eye out for your comparison when you get chance to do it. The PWR has worked great for me, especially on nights where i have nothing in me mentally and have been tired. Im sure you wont be disappointed. I recently started using the RESTORAID from iSatori. they said it helps out with DOMS. I squatted friday night and had deadlifts and had no DOMS all weekend. Will be squatting again tonight so we will see how much the recovery helps.. its a heavier night for me.

Will have reviews up tonight..super busy weekend killed me but still got in some work. used up my last 2 fruit punch packets. On a side note the RESTORAID tastes great and had no soreness over the weekend.. going to try to push it with legs tonight to put it to the test

I was hoping to do a video log for my last 2 packets but ive been super busy. I wanted to atleast get them logged in here. (2 workouts behind now)

Friday nights main lift was deadlift with working sets at 350. It was an awful day for me, i was soo tired. Only had 7 hours sleep the 2 nights leading up to friday, I was close to blowing off Friday night squats. I decided to just suck it up and go. Sipped a packet of PWR and left . By the time i got to the gym i was feeling better. Got through the warmup sets of

    Adductor..light weight 1 set of 50 reps
    Abductor..light weight 1 set of 50 reps
Back extensions.. light weight 1 set of 50 reps
Seated Leg Curls..light weight 1 set of 50 reps
Leg Extension..light weight 1 set of 50 reps

Legs were burning so now its time to squat

    Squat
    135 x 5
    185 x 5
    225 x 5
    275 x 2
    305 x 2 (3 sets)
    315 x 1 (4 sets)

    Deadlift (working sets @ 350)
    300 x 1
    330 x 1
    350 x 3 (4 sets)

Takes me forever to get through my legs night plus i have little time so that was it for Friday.. The big thing to take away from tonight is i was dead tired and this 100% helped me through tonight. (also tried RESTORAID after.. awesome taste and no DOMS all weekend)

Suday was bench and my final day with iSatori PWR. I had stayed out pretty late the night before for a friends 30th birthday and maybe had a drink or 2 too many. So i felt a wee bit run down. Again, shortly after taking this i felt ready to go again, its a definite noticeable energy increase.

    Flat Bench Press
    155 x 5
    185 x 3
    205 x 2
    235 x 1
    250 x 1
    265 x 1
    280 x 5 (rep PR)
300 x 2 (maybe had 1 more in the tank, id say 2 but id probably stall out on the second one)

    Cable Flies (high pulley)
    80 x 10
    100 x 10
    120 x 5
70 x 15 (cut down the weight after getting a weird feeling in my shoulder)

    Incline DB Press
    60 x 10
    70 x 10
    80 x 6
    80 x 10

    Cable Concentration Curls
    30lb x 20
    40lb x 20 (2 sets)
40lb x 16.. crazy arm burn and a nice pump..looked vascular, a high for me it doesnt happen often haha)

That is is for my sample packets of PWR.. but i will be continuing to use it along with the RESTORAID

I want to thank the folks at iSatori for opening me up to their products. Very happy with the results of them and will continue to try other products from them. I will have a final review up very soon.. Thank you very much for following!! (now off to squat and enjoy a RESTORAID slushy after)
