    body fat estimation? (cant post on sticky, sorry)

    This is a few weeks ago, i think i look leaner now but i'd like to know where my cut started. thanks guys (im hoping this was <27% so i can reach my goal on schedule)

    Honestly I am going to guess over 30%, hard to say if you have a decent base to even cut down to (not suggesting a bulk though). Not trying to discourage you, gotta start somewhere, just be sure to hit protein/fat needs and lift heavy; good luck.

    wow i didnt expect someone to tell me i dont have a decent base to cut down to.
    o well, i'd say i do not cause of my mass but because of my lifts. people that can bench 250, row 225 shoulder press 155 probably have some muscle and those are my lifts so yeah
    word.

    above 30, anything over 25% is kinda irrelevant however. Probably need to be around 180 as your long term goal.

    looks about 30%, probably when you get down to 20% or so the muscle you have will be more apparent
