Like I said I haven't tried it yet but it's rated higher on the scale, I'll let you know when I get it in. Only thing about the cookies and cream is that it does tend to get a little clumpy if it isn't shaken to ****, but not bad at all

Definitely let me know.. I tend to only stick with CnC flavored shakes. Combat powder CnC was delicious. Real creamy, light. Just wish it was a tad thicker.

ON Platinum Hydrowhey, because I know that I am getting the highest quality protein from a reputable company. I know for sure Glanbia isn't sourcing their whey through cheap methods. Also, I like the addition of free form BCAA.

This is like saying Little Caesars has higher quality pizza than your local brick oven pizzeria. Lots of companies are big and have lots of employees, yet it doesn't mean a thing with respect to marketing claims or product quality. Also, high-quality protein sources in your diet already contain 18-25% BCAA. Sprinkling a few grams of supplemental BCAA to a pre-existent high intake within the diet is not going to yield any magic. It's up to you which direction to go from here...

And 23 grams of protein derived from 40% Casein 40% Whey and 20% Egg would be achieved by a composition of 50% milk (80:20 Casein/Whey), 30% Whey, and 20% Egg.

23 grams of said composition, or even any vaguely similar composition would have more than 5 grams of BCAAs in it, so if you aren't referring to added BCAAs, then the math for your '5g BCAAs' doesn't add up.

Therefore it could only be assumed that by '5g BCAAs' your advertisement is stating that you are adding an additional 5 grams of plain BCAAs.

Of course, you also think that protein source and timing is irrelevant, so we won't pretend you know anything about protein or protein metabolism.

There are numerous studies showing that additional BCAAs on top of a protein, carbohydrate, or a combination of the two results in higher muscle protein synthesis, administered PRE, POST, or at random times of day.
