I vote weigh-ins and wilks determines winner.

Big OHP checking in, I've done 50Kg for reps but I think my 1RM should be decent
I would suggest for weigh in that post video of weight and then go OHP on the same video.
OP if you want a competition you need to set rules :PMy physique is a by-product of strength training goals, not a goal for my strength training. Insta: @ironpowerfemme

I agree that if enough women enter there should be weight classes. I understand there no being any classes if not enough enter. How many women who say they are in that actually post videos is yet to be seen.
I would say most of us rarely go into the misc so please keep cross posting competitions in the female section.

Alright ladies, Wilks it is then!
@penny, yeah i understand as chauvinistic as the Misc can be why most women(atleast ones serious about lifting/fitness) avoid that place lol. Good thing about being one of these bold name users is i can directly keep the stupid shiet out of my own thread cant promise you wont get the kitchen or sammich jokes but that is where it will stop.
And usually i would cross thread it over here but Iceman beat me to itYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

But here ya go, 100lb press, want to practice and improve the next couple weeks, know I can do better. I know for a fact there are ladies here who can crush this, so come on guys, let's get this going!
Waiting for Bea to post hers and absolutely destroy this haha.Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1

Just eat some chicken wings and your problems will be over.
Anxiously awaiting Bea's OHP of Death and Destruction, RARRRWWW!!! I remember the OHP max tests you did a little while ago in your log, scared and intrigued to see what you can pull out this time.Current PRs:

alright ladies, just in case you dont go in the comp thread until you post a vid, here is the Wilks calculator i use:
http://www.marylandpowerlifting.com/wilks.asp
@beatha, i keep seeing your name posted as the strongest here.... should i just put you in the 165 Class with the bros and let you hurt their feelings? you dominate the men's class and it might actually convince the Misc to start lifting at some point
Edit: also, thehobbes has set the bar for the Women's class already with a 100 pound press at 163 with a Wilks of 43.49. step your game up FBBYou would be surprised just how much time I have to waste.

@Gorilla . . . if a vid from me convineding the misc to lift then when would they have time to make all those brilliant posts . . .
ahhh plz don't put me in the 165 class . . . yet . . . need more time to get at least a big wheel and then some . . . it will be cool to see the overall best lifter by wilks list
Entry is up In comp thread and I'm putting it on here too Ham here is my 1st entry - almost worthy of being called OHP of Death and Destruction - (correction forgot the "my" part )
Beatha
130 @ 167.2 lbs (~75.9kg) . . . Wilks 55.672
Wilks will be better next time when I choose a more opportune time to wt myself and use a squat/power rack rather than unracking from seated ohp equipment --- skip that extra neg repLast edited by beatha; 02-18-2013 at 06:54 AM.
