I go the gym immediately after school since it is only like 2 minutes away (i live 20minutes away, so obviously i dont want to waste gas and drive back and forth). The thing is after school im normally starving, like it's making all kinds of sounds. I dont have any pre-workout supplements (not that i know of), but i take Mass Tech by Muscle Tech for bulking. Any ideas on what i should eat before a workout, that is easy to take out of my backpack during my last class? I cant just bring a blender to school..
Basically:
-what are some easy to take preworkout snacks?
-is it bad that i workout on an empty stomach?

I find it hard to workout on an empty stomach. The feeling of it makes me sick. If you arnt already, pre cook all your meals and take them to school in tuppaware containers. That way youre never stuck for a meal(:
Take some sort of pasta and eat it like 1-2 hours before going to the gym to get plenty of carbs in. If that coincides with class, tell your teacher for that class your situation and ask if you can eat quickly during class(:Dream Bulk Crew.

Im in the same situation as you, i normally just drink my protein shake before i work out as it fills me up. I make it before i leave for school and i put it in a lunchkit with an ice pack
I rep back :)

I always train on an empty stomach in the morning. What I do is take a pwo or generally some sort of liquid juice and then do my workout. At first its hard but your body adjusts and I have found I perform better.

i tried to bring a shake in a thermus. I love my shake is tastes amazing, but after it being in my thermus the whole day and drinking it my last period....i couldnt go past 2 sips...It tasted like pure rust.
It's also difficult for me to eat a whole bunch of food in class, the teachers are strict..
The thermus i got is stainless steel, inside and out. So idk if that has anything to do with it.
And i dont think training on an healthy stomach is healthy for you... o.O
