    NOW Foods - Water Out

This apperantly is a herbal, natural diuretic.

I've been reading alot of mixed reviews, from people mega satisfied by the water weight they lost with this product, to people who claim it drains the water your organism actually needs, not the excess one.

Anyone tried this, and is it worth a try? I'm really thinking about buying one bottle, just to see if I will really shred some unneeded water weight, thus reducing the bloated look.

Your body will return to the equilibrium balance on water - it's not like the water is excreted and your body will just 'make do' with the now lower (significantly lower) amount. It's a highly temporary effect - you are aware of this?

Have I tried it - no. I have no need to, because I don't do figure competition (the only reason I can see)... and I can't really say I recommend paying money for an effect that is a) going to disappear once you stop and b) is a great way to screw up the electrolyte balance. I'd always heard from competitors that as they leave the stage they begin hydrating again, I think it was pedialyte that was popular? I don't see what you're getting out of this by deliberately dehydrating yourself, in an effect that only lasts as long as the diuretic (but, as you signature suggests, 'You can do whatever the f*ck you wanna do!').
    I remember being relevant.

So what's a good advice for using this product? What's the best way to take it etc.
I will give a try and see if it's good for myself, after all it's herbs inside, so no harm.

Just because it is an herb does not make it safe. Are you doing a competition, photo shot, something along those lines? Otherwise you are just going to be temporarily dehydrating yourself. The water will return within days of stopping. Unless you like being dehydrated and stop drinking water.

Not doing any kind of photo shoot or a competition. I just want to see if I can get rid of excess water, bloat etc.
I know it's not a permanent solution, but If I take enough water (around 4-5 liters) it should be okay.
Just want to look dry for the beach LOL!
