I've been using MFP but I don't know if it uses TDEE or BMR. When I change my activity level, the calories don't change either.
Incidentally, which of TDEE or BMR should I be using when on a body recomp?

yep. Great to have something tracking my calories/protein/fat/carbs for me instead of having to write it down and carry it around or memorize it or something else. The "weight loss" advice it gives probably isn't the most accurate since my calories/exercise are about 95-99% correct every day and it's been telling me I was going to weigh ~130lbs in 5 weeks since December and my weight has been from 152-155 the whole time.
