    lost most of my mass during cut

    how do i get my 20lbs of muscle bk.can i just eat maintence to gain my hard earnd muscle bk and how long will it take cheers guys.started cut 7 month ago scale says 29% at 15st now im 12st 18% .i lost pound and a half a week no cardio 250g protien and 2300cals.il add my fat 15st pic just trying to find it.heres me now around 12%

    Your bodyfat scale is inaccurate (they all are). I highly doubt you lost 20lb of muscle on 2300 cals/day and 250g of cardio, with a rate of loss at 1.5lb/week. I assume you lifted heavy stuff during the cut?

    But if you want to add mass back, small surplus, lift heavy stuff, adjust as you go

    my scale is **** because even tho it said i was 29% day 1 of cut i was prob 23 or 24% really.and now the scale says 18% but im around 12%.still have 12 pounds to lose and i feel TINY.

    Stop relying on that scale and stop playing the victim. You did this to yourself by letting your bodyfat get over 20%. Get the job over with, get down to 10% and then bulk.

    You probably look tiny because you still aren't lean enough to have any definition. Definition and proportion creates the illusion of size.

    Edit: Pic shows a lot of definition. You're crazy if you think you're tiny.

    I have a bodyfat scale. It has told me I am in single digits when I have a belly and no visible definition, and it has told me I am over 20% when I am quite lean and am closer to the 10-12% range. They are garbage.

    I think the cut came out well. Was this your first attempt?

    My advice is to build on what you have learnt.

    Next bulking up phase try to get up to 20lbs heavier then strip...

    You'll look great..

    yes first cut been training 12 months still noob i think i look 12% want to get to 9% so im going to lose 10lbs
