    Diet has been so dialed in lately, it's insane. I'm becoming leaner than I think I've been in years, loving it. And still 9.5 and 10.5 weeks out from my competitions. I might want to start slowing down the cut honestly, lol. Noticing slight changes every few days. People I havent seen lately all think I look way bigger... dat dere illusion. Arms are down to 17.7inches without a pump. Hopefully with carb up they'll bounce back to 18's (maybe wishful thinking). Probably going to need a refeed day either Friday or Saturday, though. Been low (for me) carbs all week, and starting to think i'm flattening out tooo much. Could just be my mind playing the lovely mental phuckary with me, though.

I started making my own pre-workout with beta-alanine, citrulline and creatine. Now my boners are fukkin juicy (no homo). they arent ROCK solid (which some guys think is a good thing, and it can be but for me it is a bad thing) but instead they are firm and fuller in general. also my penis just looks bigger now whether flaccid or erect. I will never take another pre-workout with stims again. I also dont drink coffee or diet sodas with caffeine.

    last I checked in , which was around the end of January I was at 14 percent body fat. So I have a few more percentages to go till im around 10, to single digit bodyfat. using some fat burning supplements as well that I used before so hopefully that progress will be faster. weight wise, im 197, 197 and a half. had a meal before weighting at gym other than that im good with the weight im at

    Weigh it in grams. 1/2 cup = 4 oz only works for things with the same density as water.

    So I stopped talking creatine during this recovery week, which is when I do the exact same routine during PHAT except everything is done at 50%, and because I had just run out.The lack of creatine really has made a noticeable difference in weight and bloating. Im now down to 181.5, and I was 185.5 on Saturday, which is the first day I stopped taking it. I look a lot leaner and a hell of a lot more defined than I did the past couple months (I've been taking creatine mono for god knows how long). I expect to be weaker in the gym though because of it, so I will have to get over that. I will probably get back on it soon though and cycle off it closer to summer.

    It takes a month for your creatine saturation levels to drop back to normal. Your drop in weight isn't from stopping creatine, especially since creatine bloat and water retention is all bro myth.

    interesting. I've been eating 2000 calories on the dot every day, so my nutrition has been pretty good. I started running HIIT as well.

    pasteurized egg whites, drink that sh!t. b4 you're like YOU WON'T ABSORB ANY PROTONZ! pasteurizing is basically flash cooking if you didnt know, plus it gives the "raw" egg whites extremely high bio availability. Double checked w/ a friend that's a registered dietician, says it's all good.

    i cant really eat in the morning, nor do i usually have time so my breakfast every morning consists of this

    a shake with

    1 banana
    1cup milk
    1 packet carnation instant breakfast
    1 egg
    2tbsp pb
    1 scoop whey

    730 cal-20 fat - 48 protein - 85 carb.
