"If you don't work out it will cause fat around the belly"
I go 3 times a week and do a form of SS. Someone said this online. I have a hard time getting 144g of protein which is my lean body mass or whatever so I take 1 scoop in the morning and 2 after I work out. I don't eat alot of food in general. Is that too much?

Whey is no different from food.
Also, fat deposition is determined by your genetics, not the type of food you consume.
There's no way anyone can answer your question because you're giving us too little to work with. How much do you weigh? What's your height? How active are you? Those are all questions that need to be answered before anyone can give you advice.https://soundcloud.com/streetofbulls/mtm1

Oh, it's only whey that makes you fat? Good thing I've been pounding these Big Macs, no fat for me!
