Just signed up excited to compete and have the group for extra motivation. I achieved a personal goal of mine last summer by losing over 100 pounds but it did take several years to complete. I just finished "bulking" which was honestly just an excuse to stop counting calories because I felt like I was going insane (and know it was wrong). It was weird once I hit that goal it was kind of like I didn't have anything else driving me, so I'm excited for this new situation to give me something to strive for. As far as the plan I'm using I decided to give Kris Gethin's 12 week Hardcore Transformation a try. I just did 5 weeks of his DTP workout with some of my own alterations to the program. Good Luck to all and everyone that is participating will hopefully gain something from this adventure.

For the VEGGIE Haters out there!! I personally dont have a problem with vegetables BUT there is only so much Brocoli I can eat!! I tried for the first time one of those Veggie/Fruit shakes and I have to say I LOVE IT!!! .. It looks green and terrible but taste soooooo good!! The one I made this morning is as follows if you want to try
100g of Broccoli ( I used mainly the flowers)
30g of Kale
140g of Frozen Strawberries
Water
If you try it, let me know how you like it!! I am going to try a Cucumber, Pinneaple, Kale this weekend

So excited to start this challenge! About 6 months ago, I decided that I had spent too long being fat and unhappy (sadly almost a decade!) and started working out and changed my diet. I have definitely seen some changes, but am excited for this new motivation to step it up. Looking forward to seeing what I can accomplish by pushing myself harder at the gym and being much more strict about eating clean.
