Had trouble getting out of bed this morning. Guess I actually did some good at the gym yesterday even though I felt like ****.

"The hardship of the exercises is intended less to strengthen the back than to toughen the mind. The Spartans say that any army may win while it still has it's legs under it; the real test comes when all strength has fled and the men must produce victory on will alone." (Pressfield,1998, p.78)

I had trouble getting out of bed too, but I also fell asleep around 2am and got up at 7am.
It wasn't so much trouble as much as it was just me feeling like a zombie. It reminded me of the high school days where I'd hate to wake up every morning and get ready all while half asleep.
Edit: I still have jizz in my eyes from the morning.

EDIT: Wife and sister watch the bachelor. I play on bb.com/soundcloud/record music/edit photography in the same room. She even counts it as "us" time, which is a huge win for me : DDDDDDDD

Anyone else get really annoyed when watching documentaries about people losing weight etc. and they get a tummy tuck/full body tuck when they are still fat as fuark ?
Probably not that big of a deal in america where you have to pay for it yourself/insurance.
But really ticks me off when watching norwegian docs and people get goverment funded (100%) tuck's usually after a 100% funded gastric bypass etc. while they are still at like 20-25% bf. So annoying seeing our tax money go to fund someones tummy tuck when they still got like 2-4 inches of fat on their belly skin etc. and then they get dissapointed because they dont look like a bodybuilder afterwards

That is really annoying, especially on the gov't dime.
I did a quick search b/c I'm curious what a tummy-tuck actually costs in the US. I came up with the bargain barrel around $4,000 and the top of the line around $7,000. That's not chump change, but it's not terrible either. I completely agree with you though. I'm I'm going to do a tummy tuck, I'm waiting until I'm around your BF% before I get any sort of procedure done. Anything less is just money spent foolishly.*LF Chat Crew

Over here it starts at 7000 , surgeries tend to be done at private clinics but goverment pays for it (so its gonna be close to full price) I totally understand why they get it done, just seems so unreal to me to get it down at such high bf levels. One of the problems here I guess is that the requirements to get it funded are so low, less than 29 bmi, belly has to be lower than chest when laying down, and 1.5inch overhang of skin+tons of fat usually
Ill probably do a 360 tuck if the skin dont tighten up in a year or two. Ill try bulking up and then cutting down to 7% bf or something (just to get rid of as much traces of fat as possible under the skin first) to see if that helps it snap back. I probably wont get it covered on the public health system tho since I dont have enough overhang standing up...Ill just have to play the psychological trauma card really really hard and pray it works

You know what really got under my skin? Was grocery shopping with my GF the other day when she ran into an old co worker. They started talking and she goes on about how sick she was feeling. As it turns out she wants a gastric bypass or similar surgery and she's been stuffing her face to gain weight in order to qualify for it. My jimmies were rustled

All or nothing they dont do partial funding afaik, a 360 tuck for me is probably going to be around 9-10k dollars, so im hoping I can get it covered, it's the plastic surgeons call if ill get it covered or not.
But im hoping ill luck out and it will snap back, if not the belly atleast other body parts so it will only be a minor tuck needed. Being big all over instead of mostly belly when obese made it look better, but downside was instead of leaving just loose belly skin it kinda left it all over

I have problems sometimes when I'm alternating computers or going from phone to computer. It's as if only one device can have the cookie at any given time. But password saving is often also be a browser feature (doesn't require communication with the website). Your new phone probably uses a different browser than your old one.

There is always someone less fortunate, with real hunger, with real adversity, who made something of themselves. What is your excuse?

Serp, How do you feel about that fact that after you are gone people on this board will keep your legend alive by remembering you as the guy who loved to see penis everywhere
