Norway is probably one of the safest countries to live in, but that also means the police and security system here is based on it being a safe country.
Whenever there is a shooting, armed robbery etc. police goes into total chaos and got no clue what to do for most of the part. Like back with the Breivik incident, it was total and utter chaos with noone having a clue what was going on and how to respond while communication crashed all over the place.
So if some major crime syndicate or terrorist group starts focusing on Norway we are pretty fked over here The goverment dont want to fund police, military etc. properly here either so everything is pretty much outdated on equipment and understaffed big time. Hopefully starts improving now that we are getting some international pressure on it, was alot of reactions on our biggest gas plant here as it supplies most of Europe. And has the awesome defense of 2 wire fences, one at 1m high and one at 2m and probably one or two of those security people with flashlights While Britain etc. has armed guards.

15lbs of fat is a huge amount. He's already cutting so the initial water drop is long gone. -15lbs of fat will make him lean. Abs are dependent on muscle mass though, which is why you had to I so low and why I tell people they're ridiculous when their only goal is abs with little LBM to support the dream. It's not even worth it to cut sub-12% just to have skinny boy abs.

I put up 200lbs for about 5 reps last time I actually tried.
I mostly incline Bench & honestly didn't lift a whole lot the last few months & really only started back a few weeks ago.
I didn't lift for 10+yrs then was on a deficit for most of my 100lb loss.
I plan on slow bulking this summer but I want to get lean first & honestly i'll still look bigger & better than most guys my age & even younger walking around this summer.

1RM on bench really isn't all that relevant to chest size. Obviously they're correlated, but there are a lot of people with half the chest I have putting up more.

Well my first bulk after a cut turned into a fulk.
when I was 160 I was carb depleted.
I jumped to 168 in a week. LOL!
I keep a lot of fat on my ass & legs and just wasn't all that happy with the saggy mid-section.
I'll take it 160 & re-evaluate however I think your idea of skinny is skewed by this forum.
I see plenty of people either way skinnier than me or way fatter.
I realize I need more muscle mass but I want the fat gone now & i'm not going to look like Justin bieber if I cut down now.

Did a body composition test at tryouts in January. The top of my results says "InBody" so I assume that is the name of the machine. I wasn't expecting much knowing how inaccurate bioimpedance machines are especially since I was up 7lbs from 1000g+ of carbs a day, but surprisingly, the numbers are spot on to all my estimates.
Shows 156lbs LBM, 12% BF, and that I'm very very evenly proportioned with muscle and rated above average for every body part in terms of lean mass development.
My weight was 177.7. I'm now 166 3 weeks later. I wonder what the results would show now after the water drop and probably 2-3lbs fat.1175 @172

Nice man, for your height that's great. how did you find out you are evenly proportioned? id like to think i am myself.. maybe some more arms but that's it.
I got about 160lb lbm, which is almost the same amount of lbm except I'm heavier @ higher 16-17% bf'ish..i hate being that high in bf but i'm determined to get to 170lbm and be about 12%..so i'm pushing forward with the bulk in hopes of looking 10x better next year.www.grazethesky.com

It gave me numbers for LBM for each arm, trunk, and legs. My arms were like 9lbs over the "normal" range, my trunk was way over, and my legs were like 1lb over each. It's also shown on a bar graph and they were all pretty close where it would have been greatly one sided if I was a curl/bench brah.
