Thanks Krete, and yes but born here. I was fit before getting fat, so it was a completely unnecessary transformation, lol. Oh well. Live and learn. I have an absolute cap on my weight now. When it goes above 130 alarm bells go off.

Would you consider playing a ballad for us at some point? I remember seeing one of your vids.

Sometimes I worry that I might have a bit too much muscle for the look I'm going for, but we'll see how I look after losing the fat.

Just changed goals for profile...according to it can be 16% body fat at 155lbs if I lose 25lbs of fat... so aiming for 155 by March 22nd. Picked that date because that's when the transformation contest ends for me.
