True but I didnt feel much. Pump was ehhhh Idk not the best.. But with only one use I cant give to much opinion and it was back day so I never feel a huge pump

Solid workout - nice 3 plate dead.
Good call on the DL 345 though.
I've never tried seated GM, I may sometime soon.
I tried yoga once - it wasn't so bad. There were a few good stretches I took away from the class but apparently my flexibility is much better than I thought lol.My log

I noticed that you alternate Tri then Bi, then Tri, etc. Do you run your workout straight sets or do you ever superset them?
I know it's toward the end of this log for you, but I love the idea of the AMMO having Beta Alanine for a pick me up, the Agmatine for insane pump without the caffeine, so you can load 2 pre and 1 intra. Good stuff man.advertising not permitted

Normally I dont even do bis and tris on the same day. and on a stim break I really dont SS.
Yeah is right at 50 dollars for 60 servings but you get a PWO and a Intra so its 2 for 1 really
