I'm pretty sure that's Keith Williams. Earlier this year, he controversially turned pro by winning the Team Universe Masters 35+ category. The Team Universe open classes are drug tested, and the contest itself is popular among natural athletes, so a lot of people thought it was a cop out. He hasn't been very successful in the IFBB so far.
Lifetime natural bodybuilder, and certified nutritionist.

pumpin iron > Arnold was busting his balls promoting the sport of bodybuilding(read his newest book total recall)... A multi mr olympia with a charisma bare none, made it work but it wasnt easy.
Generation iron > some dude that won his pro card doing masters division clowning on TV...
faiiil. And the public gets to see it too. He behaved exactly as the public expects bodybuilders to behave.

dude can never nail his conditioning. Anyways, would be cool to see him compete in a show or two and see about doing the Masters show is possible.
As for the video - yeah, unfortunate choice of bodybuilder, given public perception and all. This came off as a little cartoonish, but I can't blame Jerome. I hear that's kinda just how he actually is on a daily basis. Just a happy-go-lucky kinda person.
