Prolly should have posted this yesterday but I pulled my groin (recurring injury from track) and can't squat. Will be benching though, today did 145x5 with relative ease, should be able to get at least 5 reps of BWx1.1 by the contest. (My actual BW is like 142-143)

IN my opinon the captains should have to pick their top 5 players. And tell intensity. That way if one of their guys gets pick they get the next guy. That way we don't have to wait for anyone

The top 5 is good but not convienent
The captain may change his mind etc, plus 1 at a time will make it take a bit longer as I have to workout minor details about contest. I.E camera angle for lifts, pOwerclean expectations.

Captains make sure once u Pick ur team u make sure ur guys are active and remember video turn ins!!
