Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

Missed 4 pages, but I'm a glutamine advocate - but only for those who warrant it. Those that train way too much for whatever reason. Your body has good reserves, and it recovers pretty quick, but can still get depleted. Glutamine makes a world of difference to me when I'm up in that training 10x a week area.

I think we need some dog updates in here.
Any guesstimate to how old he is?
How has he been dealing with being indoors and his state of potty-training?
Name update. Going to disagree with everyone and say that you can't name him after an internet meme, it would be wrong on so many levels. Besides, he looks like a Spike or a Buddy.

Shirt needs more V, need a belt with a proper buckle, your arms need to be 2 inches bigger/10.

im personally not a fan of rolling sleeves all the way up to the elbows, looks very middle/high school to me. (see: http://artofmanliness.com/2012/08/21...shirt-sleeves/, casual forearm roll is the way to go.) also unbutton one more button. i always leave the top 2 unbuttoned if unless i'm at work, and even then sometimes the 2nd one goes. then again i picked this up when i lived in miami, and it's maybe not as common a thing elsewhere. but whatever, showing extra chest is alpha as phuk. the shirt itself is ok. i personally dont like the double pocket thing on myself, but it's fine. pants are too high up imo if you're gonna tuck the shirt in. makes you look short wasted. the should sit a good 3-4 inches lower or more imo. a contrasting belt (tan or dark brown) would go better. leather is always safe, but a bright colored ribbon belt can be a nice touch sometimes too. lighter wash jeans are kinda out imo and have a very middle america old navy feel. go for something darker next time without those stripe things on the front.
sorry, i just gave you way more than you asked for.Given enough time, any man may master the physical. With enough knowledge, any man may become wise. It is the true warrior who can master both, and surpass the result.

Not really feeling the shirt...you fill it out nice but the style isn't my fave. If you have your shirt tucked in, belt must be nice! The color / style of the shirt and the type of jeans you have on don't really go together either. That shirt would look much better w/ black pants (not jeans, pants ). Also, it's my opinion that the shirt is buttoned too high. A haircut would make everything look more polished as well. Lol sorry if that's overly critical...you still look good, and if bishes love it guess it does not really matter what I think .
