Learning to love back day, getting stronger each session. Upped my deadlift by 30 lbs again today and it felt really good. Again I'm sure I had more in me but no need to push my lower back too hard.

Hit the cardio extra hard today to as I was feeling energized from the deads. 15 minutes on the elliptical at level 13 interval program and then 15 minutes on the treadmill at 15 incline and 4.3 speed. Sweat was dripping off my elbows by the time I was done. Anyway first Christmas party to get out of the way tomorrow, gonna bring all my food and listen to all their crap. Happy holidays people!

Made it through the first party and that one was going to be the hardest. The other two that I have to go to will be a breeze, and honestly, I'm in the zone right now so it wasn't a challenge at all. Both of my brothers really don't like that I'm losing this weight and I love it! Going to be getting up at 5 tomorrow so I can crush the gym before my kids get up for our Christmas. Merry Christmas everyone!

Thanks Stan, I'm more dedicated than ever right now. I'm actually on the recumbant bike at my local snap right now getting in my cardio. I'm the only here too, go figure. My brother was asking me questions about what I was doing last night and he was speechless when I told him that I was on 2700 cals. They just think dieting is starving themselves which is why they always fail. I'm really looking forward to the next few months.

Thanks Dean! Merry Christmas to everybody checking in today. I'm at the gym right now and I'm the only one here and I'm just not doing that well. Got stuck on my squats and everything is taking lots of extra effort. Might be from all the sleep. My lower back doesn't do well when I sleep for more than 5 hours. Oh well, I'm just gonna power through it and enjoy the rest of Christmas.

Weight: 251.8 -1.2
Made it all the way through all my parties with absolutely no cheats, something I'm very proud of, and it paid off on the scale. I was thinking this weigh in would be a little more just due to water weight since I know I wasn't getting the amount of water I normally get at work. I might have a chance to hit the 240's by next Wednesdays weigh in on the 2nd which is my goal. Hope everyone had a great Christmas break!TEAM DEMON

Thanks! It wasn't that difficult actually. Seeing my brothers squirm because I'm gonna be smaller than them gave me plenty of motivation.
Yesterday was an off day and a needed one. I'm still not feeling 100% but I think it's getting better. Stopped and got some more walden farms pancake syrup. My bb.com order came yesterday too so now I have MP cookies and cream, MP vanilla, MP chocolate peanut butter, and ON coffee protein powders. Also got my animal flex in. I still have a bunch of creatives and preworkout's ready for whenever we add them into my plan. I'm on my last day of multi's though so I hope they come in soon. I order the through amway since my wife is a rep.TEAM DEMON

I did have a great Christmas thanks, it was busy, but a lot of fun. Looks like the 240's might wait for a little bit. Stan just realized I wasn't taking creatine and I'm pretty sure we're gonna add it soon. So I might be adding a little water weight in the short term.

Busy day yesterday but I got everything done. Left work early so I could go pay my property taxes, then to the DMV to register a car I bought my wife, and then finally to the gym. It was a good workout other than the fact that my front delts were hurting me on every lift. Stan told me not to superset today's shoulder routine or Mondays chest routine in an effort to help them heal. If that doesn't work, we will skip pressing exercises next week. I'm going to start beast creature creatine and cobra labs the curse pre workout on Monday so we'll see how that goes, I've never taken creatine before so hopefully ill feel it help my strength and endurance.

Pics lookin good man.
Chest looks much leaner, underside of the arms are showing some structure and firmness, and even your stomachs shape is different. Keep on it. That's inspiration right there."The code of Bushido is harsh and relentless."

Thanks guys, the fact that I'm still a little tan from my trip helps too! I feel like there should be a bigger change but I also realize that I wasn't 100% on plan during that time due to two separate vacations so oh well.

Shoulder day yesterday and with my shoulders already hurting, it was a tough day to get through but I pushed on anyway. Tried a sample of C4 yesterday and I wasn't real impressed. Didn't really seem to give me any extra energy, today I'm gonna try a sample of ONs new pre and see how that is. No super sets yesterday to try and help my shoulders heal a little bit.

My water intake has been fluctuating a lot lately, once I get back to a normal work schedule things will even out. I'm at the gym about to smash my back. Took my sample of ON PRE and it didn't taste that great but we'll see if it helps my workout.TEAM DEMON

Yesterday I was just not feeling my workout, worked my 8 hours took my ON pre which didn't taste that good. Started my warmup and had to get off the treadmill to take a dump, which is out of the ordinary. I don't know if it was from the ON pre or what. Then when I was doing my lat pull downs my exertion headache from the other day came back and stole all my energy. The rest of the workout was hard to get through and I had to really concentrate on my breathing to keep the pain under control. Still hit a PR on dead lift, next week I'll hit 300.

Wasn't really feeling like working out today but I ate my pw meal then my pw supplement( this time cobra labs the curse) and went to the gym to bang it out. Second set of bench press my exertion headache started coming back. It's really getting old, tomorrow is leg day and I'm worried about it. Think I may need to get a belt to help out my back on my squats. Any suggestions as to which one?
