Hey my name is Ryan, going to use this thread to track my progress and maybe get some info on new work outs/ maybe some motivation to go harder.
I currently race in Spartan Race, Tough Mudder, Renegade Race, Warrior Dash
I go to the gym 6 days a week, I run about 6 to 10 miles a day.(Once a month ill do a 20 mile) not currently on any supplements..
Current stats as of Nov 4 2012
Height 6'4"
Weight 198
My goal is 230 :P but my realistic goal is 215-220.

I run obsticale races, the mask makes it harder to breathe while I run.
.....
Went to GNC the other day and picked up Censor body toner. If anyone has any reviews or comments about it much appreciated. The guy highly recommended it. I was looking into Albuterex, but due to all the negative reviews I picked up this stuff. I'll snap some before and after pics for this cycle.

Just checking in almost done with my bottle of Censor, and I have to say overall I want to say it works. But I cant say for sure, my appetite has risen considerably. but I can notice a change in my lower stomach.
I recently picked up more protien from GNC and decided to give in and try their Wheybolic Advanced Protien and all I can say is its crap. I switched from Pump Fuel to Jack3d and I much prefer the Pump Fuel. I also got a sample from the GNC guy of the GNC Beyond Raw Ravage "orange" and its the best stimulant but worst tasting Pre Workout.
I just weighed in at 210 so Im pretty pumped!
My goal for the end of March is to hit close to 220.
