Here is a picture of me when I was in the Army in early 2000. It goes along with the ad in the promo, which I think is awesome.
About Me:
I am 36 years old. I lift 5+ times a week and do a fitness bootcamp 3X a week. My training split varies from week to week. I don’t follow any set program and I am an instinctual type trainer. My current goal is to gain strength and possibly knock off a few % points of bodyfat.

Subbed. Of course.
So, with a product like this, what are some possible desired results? Mass gain? strength gain? I'm curious seeing as how I will never take a booster, I'm curious why guys take it."There's something about a heavy weight that makes a body not want to get under it. Part of the fun of weightlifting is rousing one's spirit and getting under a heavy weight in spite of one's more sensible survival instincts." -Stenn

Welcome gentlemen!
Lemonade. It is a little strong tasting. I was aware of this so I added double the water.
Hi Hope! Sorry this took so long to get started.
Come on hobbes, you should know that I don't track macros already. I would guess around 2,500-3000. Eventually I will start tracking, along with doing a structured routine. I know I have been saying this stuff for a few months.
Hi John!
Desired result: strenght gain, possibly some visible lean mass, knock off a few % of fat. Testosterone is the main thing that makes a guy a guy. Most guys Test drops when they get in their 30s or so. Natural booster products accelerate the bodys natural production of testosterone. These products aren't adding chemicals, like actually injecting the chemical Test. Most Pro bodybuilders inject a ton of testosterone along with all kinds of other stuff. I hope I explained that well
Thanks for joining young one!

I'm going to hold off on my initial impressions of the product untill tomorrow. I worked out way earlier than normal and on a total empty stomach. However, I did feel my energy start to increase as I was sitting at my PC this morning.

Back morning session/ Bootcamp afternoon session
Notes: I finally hit a 4+ plate Dead doing Conventional today. It isn't a PR, but it is the most that I have pulled in a while. I sometimes don't drive through my heel and try to baby the weight up. Obviously this doesnt' work too well. I hit 395 with proper heel drive pretty easy, so I said F it and went for 415. I tried to take a ninja video, so I didn't have the camera facing my top half. The lift looked way easier than it was. My face was beat red at the top position when I looked in the mirror. I possibly could have done more, but I decided to quit when I was ahead.

I'll have to go through some. I got some good ones and some funny ones. That picture was taking my first working day when I was in my unit. I was stationed in Hawaii and none of my stuff was at the barracks yet. My Sergeant sent me to my room and that face paint was one of the few things that I had, so I just painted myself for the heck of it. One of my team members knocked on my door and he about pissed himself when he saw me peek out.

One is for Protein. I'm going to do baking and treat that like an extended review. I did say in my orginal post that I will put training in there, but that really wouldn't be fair at all to this one. I tried to go back and edit that out of the original post, but it wouldn't let me.

Nice job on that 415 pull, kinda mad you covered up the swearing haha. Still gotta try those reeves rows, those look pretty difficult with that grip and fried forearms.
Current PRs:
Bench Press: 200x1
Deads: 315x1
Back Squats: 275x1

Thanks. I was real stoked about that. I can't get the heel drive part right every time. I knew that I was strong enough for 4 plates, but I just have technique issues. I always try to take ninja videos. I wish I could have angled my phone up a little to see my face. It was fire engine red on that. I feel weird if someone notices that I am recording myself.
I paid for those Deads in my bootcamp class that afternoon. My back was really stiff later that day.
