Da **** is slimbeam? Unaware. I used to use blazer rom, but now I'm on FreeGS3, I think it's called. The one with the Sonic logo. How is the battery life on slim beam? That's honestly all I care about.
EDIT: I'm dumb. Slim beam is probably a ROM for another version of the phone. I've got the Sprint GS3, what do you have OP?★★★USF MISC CREW★★★

An awesome fuking phone. *******.
Nah i get pussy with my charm and good looks. Why u mad?
I hate your biitch tits.
Word, i've heard of blazer rom, how is it? Battery life is amazing on slim bean, lasts all day and more with lots of use. Yeah i've got the t mobile s3 brah. But they are all pretty much the same. Slim bean is an optimized version of jellybean. Much better though.
Fuarrkkkkk
It's different for every phone, but check out the xda developer forums and start reading. You can find some guides on there. The people know what they are doing on that site, lots of good devs.

It's quite popular. The battery life on the ICS version was fantastic. A bit worse on the jelly bean version. I suspect it's due to the roms using leaked versions of jelly bean. But I'm pretty sure the official version is being rolled out now, so roms should start updating to that. Then I'm hoping the battery life is better.

Rooted S3 here too. The best thing about rooting is having the latest updates to Android without waiting for the carrier to send an update. I've had Jellybean since July, and I'm on 4.1.2 right now. Stock S3s are still on 4.0.4. Also, I hate TouchWiz and prefer just plain Android, or AOSP.
It's not that hard to do if you have good Google-fu, and a little bit of brains.350 lift it *******

Battery is running great right now. No compatibility issues everything is running smooth. PRobably the most stable rom i've ran on the S3. T mobile.
It's basically like jailbreaking on the android. Except for 10x better. Apple blows compared to android.
Sick man, you mean the S 4G right? Or the vibrant? 1.5 ghz is insane on that phone man, props. Reps

I have a gs2 (att) and I have wanted to root it forever but I can't figure it out. I've tried reading through xda & android forums and idk I just get lost. Wish there was a simple guide...Stuck on gingerbread still. I tried galaxys2root.com as well .

Try google instead of the forums. "How to root GS2 at&t"
Exactly. People don't understand the performance boost and also the functionality and customization you get.
Oh word. Captivate was probably my favorite out of all of them. The tmobile versions were garbage, and the original epic was garbage too. Impressive OC though, does it run hot? How are your quadrant scores?

1.9ghz LiquidSmooth RC5 (jellybean) w/ LeanKernel 1.31 experimental reporting in. SO. SMOOTH. 16+ hours on battery, use it most of the day. If you have the head for it, do your research and get it done. I can provide some good links if anyone is interested.

Make sure you follow directions exactly and take any recommended precautions regarding backups. If you do that it's 100% safe and you can recover from ANY situation. I've "bricked" this phone 5+ times and always had ways to get it working again.Last edited by Kamil; 10-30-2012 at 11:16 PM.
